Dear All,
I am a BPC 10.0 Consultant. Recently, BPC tool is going thru lots of changes - from 10.0 to 10.1 and then to IBP for Finance(Embedded BPC???). On the other hand, there is a separate version of IBP for SCM(Supply Chain Management - S & OP ).
Would like to know if SAP is going to maintain separate IBP version for Finance and SCM.
If so, what is the latest version of IBP for Finance and SCM?
Are there separate version of IBP for Finance - one for S/4 HANA and the other for non-HANA environment?
Is there any certification program for IBP on the Finance side?

Thanks for info. Now I am able to start open and Account how ever. I am facing new issue where relating Work Flow even I am using predefined standard Template and Rules (Bank Accountant/Cash Manager/Key User are agents). Given below the details issue is not moving from Bank Accountant to Cash Manger and further the work items.

We are in the process of setting up workflow in Suite on HANA / Simple Finance and the workflow is not progressing after the step.
Please find the details of issue:
ISSUE: Bank Master Data creation having standard WF process there are three agents namely; BANK ACCOUNTANT /CASH MANAGER/KEY USER.
Step -1 Bank Accountant initiate Bank Master record Creation and triggers to Cash Manager for review and approve
Step-2 Cash Manager review from his Work item and review and approve/reject and same will be notify to Bank Accountant for next process.
( we are now getting struck in this stage, as per the standard workflow, sub workflow WS74300047 needs to be triggered but it is not happening as it is not able to determine the agents based on rule resolution 74300006 here)
Step-3 Bank Accountant collect few information from bank say Bank account number and IBAN and save and submit. This next trigger to key user for further process.
Step-4 Key User will be process Work Item updating GL Master/Signatories etc., to particular Bank Master and Save and Activate which will close Work item.
Above we are using Standard Work template WS74300043 and Rules mentioned below
SAP predefines a Business Object Repository (BOR) object FCLM_CR for Bank Account Management. In this object, the workflow is being triggered with “CREATED” event below
The Rules defined / used:
74300006 FCLM_CASHMGR (2nd step)
74300007 FCLM_CASHOPER (1st and 3rd steps)
74300008 FCLM_CASHSYSCOLL

Hello All,
We have enabled cash position details app in SAP now if we check the "forecasted amount" its getting updated same as "actual amount", can you please guide me on the table from were "forecasted amount" is updated in cash position details report.
Further if I check bank account currency view "inflow" and "outflow" is blank from were the same would be updated, please suggest.

A few days ago SAP release Sfin 2.0 SP1 and we decided to give it a go.
Generating stack.xml with Mopz for it was all OK and SUM preparations went all fine.
Now in downtime phase on SUM I get to step: RUN_RUTDDLSCREATE ( Creates CDS Views ) and waiting. It`s almost 20 hours like this.
Tried to login to SAP - no errors.
DB via Hana Studio - no errors. ( if you go in Studio to Performance > Threads and refresh a few times you can see that it`s creating views and SQL commands are changing ).
Anyone experienced same issue? I`m a little bit stuck here and I believe it`s taking too long.

In IBPF, I understand that the master data at the ERP side can be accessed thru' HTTP URL. This can be created as a BPF task at BPC end(as an External Resource task).
Normally, we access the ERP data thru SAP GUI, outside BPC.
Within IBPF, What is this URL about? Does that mean that, at ERP side, web server component has to be installed? And, access to master data needs to be exposed thru' URL? I believe, authentication/authorization has to be managed at ERP side. Can some one pls. elaborate on the ERP data access

Hi,
We have problem with Fiori application Revenue.
As config documentation specify we have add cost element group in backend SAP named REVN and we have add revenue account in this cost element group. The cost element category of revenue account is 11.
The problem is that the app fiori revenue display negative amount.
Is it possible to change the sign of revenu in FIORI or in backend SAP but we want keep revenue account with cost element category 11 because we want revenue in COPA account based.
Have you others solutions ?

I'm trying to set cash position and liquidity forecast (FF7AN And FF7BN), after I applied note 2255996, in SAP Simple Finance, without success.
The settings performed are:
The tables FDSB for GL accounts, FDSR for customers and FDFIEP for vendors, aren't be filled after execute business transactions like purchase orders creation and so on.
In previous versions when this occurred, I execute the following programs:
When I run the last program (RFFDIS00) the system showed the message "Function is not available", like the attached picture.
Another way to fill the required data for the liquidity forecast, is executing FDFD transaction, but doesn't display data correction option, not like in older SAP versions (i.e. SAP ECC 6.0).
Somebody can use the liquidity forecast and cash position in S4Hana? Any help will be useful, thanks in advance.

In a Central Finance scenario, can anyone highlight what is SAP's recommendation for master data replication from Source system to Target System.
Source System can be both SAP ERP and Non SAP ERP and target system is S4 HANA on Premise 1511. The Volume of Master data is very high.
Client is not using MDG currently and we want to follow a non-disruptive approach for Central Finance..so not looking forward to any kind of change/development in the existing systems.
As far as SLT transformation and harmonization is concerned, I understand that, SLT is good for transaction data, but for master data it is a table level insert and not quite safe and hence not recommended.
Any pointers on this will be highly appreciated.

I am in a project where we need to implement Deferred revenue when the invoice (in SD) is created and with another event ( performance obligation: boarding boat) recognice the revenue.
I am FI consultant and with another SD consultant we read about "ERP SD Revenue Recognition", but in the s4hana on premise 1511 that we're going to implement says that we have to use "SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting".
There is not much information about this, i have done the configuration but i can´t pass of this error:

I'm looking through SAP's documentation for standard pre-delivered content and specifically looking at the Revenue Planning (BEA) building block.
The last piece of the process is to transfer the quantity and sales plan into SOP as mentioned here:
But I can't see any mechanisms to do this and it's not in the test script that SAP provides (http://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/TestScripts/BEA_S4HANAX_BPD_EN_DE.pdf), can someone please advise on this?

It is mentioned in the test script ((http://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/TestScripts/BEA_S4HANAX_BPD_EN_DE.pdf)) that a part of the Revenue Planning process is bringing in the Product Cost (for price Planning).
But I can't see any mechanisms to do this or standard delivered Analysis For Office workbooks (queries) that would allow us to do this.
Part of the Price Planning we would like to do is taking historical costs by product and by customer to help plan out future prices by product and by customer as well.
Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.
For CO-OM planning, I can use classic CO-OM planning functions instead of Integrated Business Planning for Finance.

We have new GL active but still data is updated in GLT0 table even if we check the configuration "Write Classic general ledger (GLT0)" its deactivated.

We are currently running into issues with respect to AA Precheck program for S4 HANA where in we are encountering the below errors.
- In company code XXXX defined ledger 0L is not active in COD XXXX (ACC_AA096 : Error message number).
Currently in our case 0L ledger is not assigned to any COD and also what exact steps we need to take care in order to implement ledger approach with parallel currencies in AA and what additional changes are to be done during the migration.
Also wanted to know what kind of effects this will have on existing data.

Hi all,
We are currently on 1511 On Premise (V1) with BPC Optimized For S/4HANA (IBPF) and would like to do integration with COPA and SOP.
There are no delivered mechanisms for this so I'm asking to see if people had ideas of how to create mechanisms to do two activities to help customers in their "Business Planning":
1. Take costing history at the customer/product level (in account based COPA) and bringing it into BPC to help Price Planning.
2. Take quantity planning created during Revenue Planning cycle in BPC and push into S&OP.
Any advice with regards to transferring information between infocubes, use of multiproviders/composite providers or other BAPI's to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
